Pop-Up Qigong: Emergence Without Rush
This pop-up Qigong class explores the transition from Water to Wood — the seasonal shift from rest into gentle emergence.
Winter invites restoration. Early spring asks for movement — but not force. This class is designed to support that in-between space, where energy begins to rise without urgency or pressure.
Drawing from Traditional Chinese Medicine, Qigong uses slow, intentional movements and breath to support circulation, energy, and nervous system balance. In this session, we’ll focus on awakening intention, soft expansion, and steady presence rather than pushing or striving.
This class is especially supportive for those familiar with Tai Chi, as well as anyone curious about Qigong as a complementary or alternative practice. Movements are calm, adaptable, and can be done standing or seated.
Come move gently, reconnect with your body, and step into emergence at your own pace.
This pop-up introduces themes that will be explored more deeply in the March 21 Qigong Workshop for Helpers & Healers.
