By making a purchase through Yes to Holistic Health (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Educational Services Only

All products, classes, coaching, and Qigong sessions are provided for educational and wellness purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Please consult your healthcare provider before starting any wellness practice or program.

  1. Payment & Billing

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice, but previously purchased services will not be affected.

  1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that life happens!

  • Appointments: Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a fee or forfeiture.
  • Workshops/Classes: Refunds (minus processing fees) are available up to 72 hours before the event. No refunds will be issued after that time.
  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital content, purchases are non-refundable once delivered.
  1. Intellectual Property

All content provided through Yes to Holistic Health—including videos, documents, course materials, and images—is the property of Yes to Holistic Health unless otherwise stated. Content may not be reproduced, shared, or used commercially without our written permission.

  1. Use of Services

You agree to use our offerings responsibly and for your personal wellness journey. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove access to content if we believe the terms are being violated.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Yes to Holistic Health is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of any product, service, or content. All participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

  1. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. By continuing to use our services after updates, you agree to the revised terms.
