Qigong for Vitality

If you’ve been wanting to start a movement practice but aren’t sure where to begin, this class is for you.

Qigong is a gentle, accessible movement practice rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine that combines slow, intentional movements with breath and awareness. It is often used to build energy, support recovery, and help the body feel more balanced and resilient.

This class is especially supportive for people who:

  • Want to move their body in a way that feels safe and sustainable
  • Are rebuilding strength or energy after illness, injury, or medical treatment
  • Feel stiff, tired, stressed, or disconnected from their body
  • Are curious about Qigong or want to learn the basics of Traditional Chinese Medicine
  • Prefer a calm, non-intimidating approach to movement

Each session offers simple movements that can be done standing or seated, along with an introduction to how Qigong supports circulation, energy, and nervous system regulation. No prior experience is needed, and all movements can be adapted to your comfort level.

Participants often leave feeling more energized, relaxed, and grounded — with tools they can return to again and again.
