If you’re navigating a major life transition and find yourself asking, “What’s next?” this 8-week guided group is designed to help you move from feeling stuck to taking steady, intentional steps forward.

Whether you’re adjusting to loss, retirement, relationship changes, health shifts, or another significant life change, this group offers clarity, structure, and accountability in a supportive small-group setting.

What Participants Will Experience

Over eight weeks, you will:

• Assess key areas of well-being
• Clarify values and identity shifts
• Identify at least one meaningful goal
• Develop practical action steps
• Build accountability for steady progress

A guided workbook is included.

This is a coaching group, not therapy. While Dr. Cynthia is an integrative health coach and psychologist, this offering is educational and forward-focused rather than clinical treatment.

The capacity is intentionally limited. Advance registration is required prior to the first session.

What will we actually do during the 8 weeks?

Is this therapy?
