Weekly Qigong for Wellness

This weekly Qigong class offers gentle movement, breathwork, and intention to support whole-body wellness. Each session helps improve energy, reduce tension, and calm the nervous system. Movements stay accessible and adaptable. Participants often report better sleep and mental clarity as well as reduced stress and increased energy. The practice welcomes beginners and experienced movers alike. This class supports consistency and community through simple, repeatable flows.

Who is this suitable for?

All levels and abilities. No prior Qigong experience needed Chairs are available as needed

Parking, what to wear, what to bring and other logistics

Parking is easy and free in the parking log, includes handicap parking Wear comfortable clothing Bring a water bottle, if you’d like to participate with your shoes off we highly recommend bringing a yoga mat The last 10-15 minutes of each class is a meditation. Participants that need to leave early find the break between our Qigong flow and the setup for meditation to be an opportune time to depart.

What do I do when I get there?

Say hi to someone new, Look for the sign-in table and add your name and email to the list, then find a chair or standing spot in the room that feels comfortable to you and allows enough space for you to be able to swing your arms around without bumping into anyone.

How much is the class?

This is a community class in which you are invited to pay what you can, whether that be a smile, a referral to a friend or a financial contribution. Please note we donate 50% of all financial contributions in gratitude to our host, UUFF. Guidance on financial contribution- our normal class rates are $15 - $20 per class. We take cash, check and provide a Venmo QR code and a Zelle QR code at the sign in table for each class.
