I help people reconnect with their bodies, restore balance, and move forward with a clear, supported path to better health. My work is rooted in guiding you toward what your body truly needs—so you’re no longer guessing, but moving with intention.
My journey into holistic health began after years of living with chronic pain, athletic injuries, and the lingering effects of trauma. A near-fatal misdiagnosis became the catalyst for profound change, leading me to Qigong, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Ayurveda—where I discovered a deeper path to healing that continues to shape my life and work today.
I received my Master Level certification in Medical Qigong from the East Coast Institute of Medical Qigong under Ted O’Brien, trained directly under Dr. Jerry Alan Johnson. This lineage forms the foundation of my approach, blending time-honored practices with modern application.
As a Wellness Strategist and Master Medical Qigong Practitioner, I provide Wellness Journey Assessments and guide personalized, whole-person care—supporting your physical, emotional, and energetic systems in a way that feels sustainable and aligned with your life.

I help people understand the deeper patterns behind how they think, feel, and function—so they can create meaningful, lasting change. My approach focuses on small, sustainable shifts that support both mental and physical well-being.
My background in psychology, with a Ph.D. from The Ohio State University and undergraduate studies at Yale, has always been rooted in understanding how the brain, behavior, and body interact—and how that connection shapes overall health.
After years leading evidence-based work in the pharmaceutical industry, I felt called to bring that same rigor into more personalized, whole-person care—supporting individuals in a way that feels both practical and deeply aligned with their lives.
As a Wellness Strategist, I help shape our Wellness Journeys—bringing clinical insight, behavioral strategy, and a grounded, practical perspective into each plan we create. I also work directly with clients through coaching and supportive services within their journey.

Dr. Nick helps clients understand their bodies—especially energy, metabolism, immune function, and vitality—so they can move forward with clarity and confidence.
As a Wellness Strategist, he provides Wellness Journey Assessments with a root-cause, clinical perspective, blending traditional medicine with a whole-person approach.
As part of your Wellness Journey, he may guide lab interpretation and offer targeted recommendations for more personalized, informed care.
In addition to Yes to Holistic Health, Dr. Nick maintains his own Naturopathic practice, supporting patients through an integrative approach. He also volunteers his time as the President of the DC Association of Naturopathic Physicians

As a Wellness Strategist, she provides Wellness Journey Assessments rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, offering insight into how lifestyle, stress, and internal imbalances may be affecting overall well-being. Her approach focuses on supporting the body’s natural ability to regulate, heal, and function more harmoniously.
Within your Wellness Journey, Dr. Nancy may also provide supportive services that enhance your plan and help you feel more grounded, balanced, and connected in your day-to-day life.
In addition to her work with Yes to Holistic Health, Dr. Nancy maintains her own acupuncture practice, where she offers a range of traditional and integrative therapies to support whole-person wellness.
